El sujeto chemsex en el discurso psicobiomédico y el discurso multimodal gestual de la obra de teatro El Gé

Resumen

El chemsex es un fenómeno caracterizado por el uso de sustancias durante encuentros sexuales grupales entre hombres que tienen sexo con hombres, gays, bisexuales y personas trans. Este fenómeno ha sido estudiado principalmente desde una perspectiva riesgocista por el discurso psicobiomédico, ignorando aspectos como el placer y la experiencia. Este estudio analiza los discursos sobre el chemsex y la representación discursiva de los usuarios en la obra de teatro El Gé dirigida por Emmanuel de Martino, comparándoles con los construidos por el discurso psicobiomédico. Determinamos si la obra de teatro propone un sujeto usuario diferente. Empleamos análisis crítico del discurso desde una perspectiva multimodal, usando los gestos como unidad analítica. Seleccionamos y analizamos cuatro gestos de la obra para describir y contrastar la representación del sujeto participante en los encuentros chemsex. Por un lado, el discurso psicobiomédico se centra en los riesgos y daños asociados al chemsex, presentando a los usuarios como individuos vulnerables que necesitan intervención. En contraste, El Gé ofrece una representación más matizada y humanizada de este sujeto. A través del modo gestos, la obra muestra a un sujeto que maneja su vida sexual y el uso de sustancias de manera racional, exhibe un cuerpo trabajado dentro de una cultura fitness y experimenta su sexualidad de forma organizada y consciente.
